Participants answer to a six-part survey. Wherever verification is needed, a follow-up call is also conducted.

Startup Partnering units are invited to take part in the Study based on partnerships collected by the GlassDollar data-engine. They answer to a thorough survey and follow-up interview. Relevant information is cross-checked with startups which have worked with the unit.
The evaluation is based on five main criteria and was designed by industry evangelist community group Venture Client Roundtable. It aims to move the industry's lend away from vanity metrics to measurable impact.

How many resources (incl. team) are available and dedicated to Venture Clienting?
What are the unit's core workflows and processes? How effectively does the unit run?
What is the experience provided to startup partners, incl. legal framework and payment terms?

How many implementations have been lead? How is their impact tracked?

The Study is set to include a ranking of Europe's Venture Clienting units, based on which prizes will be awarded, starting with Germany this coming spring. The Awards bring recognition and visibility to the corporate innovation units who are leading the Venture Clienting community forward.
The winner will be entitled to a complimentary Innovation Workshop Day conducted by Capgemini Invent, led by Jens Hofmeister, the Vice President and Head of Innovation.
This research will be leveraged to give early customers the credit they deserve and inform policy making to form the right incentives.
